This week Nadiya heads to the East of English in search of authentic British food traditions, cooking up some of her favourite dishes along the way.
Tonight she’s in Cromer and boards a local fisherman’s boat for the first time before using the freshest of ingredients to make some Vietnamese-style crab summer rolls.
Next stop Nadiya meets a potato farmer in Ely, Ross Taylor, before using his crisps to make the most calorific pudding ever – a crisp, chocolate and salted peanut dessert!
Finally, back in her own kitchen, she whips up a ploughman’s cheese and pickle tart and a herb infused chicken and potato salad.
