Preview – Natural World: Attenborough’s Fabulous Frogs

A creature often overlooked with their slimy exterior and association of being the ugly disguise of a charming prince, frogs are in actual fact, rather extraordinary animals.

They are creatures loved by David Attenborough and as a young boy, they were the first ones he kept. His passion for the croaky amphibians has not altered with age and in the episode of Natural World, Attenborough explains why frogs are fabulous.

With their ability to live in some of the most extreme locations their anatomy and behaviour is fascinating. With incredible footage to accompany, David reveals that there are frogs that walk on water, that wave to one another, that produce their own weather defenses and that they make wonderful parents.
