Christmas has arrived a little early at Nigella’s house and to celebrate, she shares her tips for a relaxed and cosy Christmas.
Throwing a party for all her friends, she offers out platters of deviled eggs alongside serving a sparkling cocktail. For the main, she creates a feast of roast duck with orange, soy and ginger, alongside garlic and parmesan mashed potato gratin, her take on brussel sprouts and sour-sweet soused red cabbage with cranberries.
For dessert, there’s a glorious sticky toffee pudding with no-churn brandy salted caramel ice cream and as a warming fireside supper, a spiced Moroccan vegetable hotpot with a dill and pine nut couscous. Finally, chocolate pistachio meringue cookies for a sweet after-dinner treat.
