Sandra Bullock leads a star-studded cast in Gary Ross’ 2018 continuation sequel of Steven Sodherberg’s original “Ocean’s” trilogy.
Praised for the vibrant chemistry of its all-female in cast, Ocean’s 8 follows Debbie – younger sister of the ‘late’ Danny Ocean – as she is released from prison for a crime she didn’t commit. Eager to exact revenge on those who wronged her, Debbie begins to assemble a crew to undertake one of the most audacious heists in history.
Cate Blanchett becomes Debbie’s partner-in-crime, Lou, while the likes of Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter and Sarah Paulson all feature as members of Debbie’s newly formed crew. Finally, pop-superstar Rihanna, Mindy Kalnig and rapper Awkafina round off the main cast.
