From his childhood growing up in Merseyside and working in five-star hotels, to going on to judge on The Great British Bake Off, this documentary follows the rise of the budding baker, Paul Hollywood.
Alongside unseen backstage footage from inside the tent, his fellow hosts Prue Leith, Noel Fielding and Sandi Toksvig offer commentary as well as stories from family and friends, and even ex-GBBO bakers Val and Selasi offer some insight into the secret life of Mr Hollywood.
But it’s not all talk, Paul also shares some of his favourite baking recipes from both on and off the show.
