The African-American stand-up comic takes a listen to the music that is being formed on the American-Mexican border.
While there is plenty of talk about immigration, refugees and border walls, which does appear in this programme, Hunter is here to talk about the music that is crossing between the border, include Tex-Mex and Mexican-American rap music, which deal with modern day talking points.
Reginald D. Hunter’s Songs of the Border is on BBC Two at 21.00.
