For the next three days BBC Four takes us into three monasteries for a bit of peace, quiet and spirituality, starting off at Downside Abbey in Somerset, then Pluscarden Abbey in Moray, and finally Belmont Abbey in Herefordshire.
There is no narration, talking or soundtrack; just quietness as we see the local monks tending to their daily duties.
