With this new documentary comes an important question: is there any aspect of the Fab Four that hasn’t been covered by one of these docs anyway? Surely there is nothing new out there to be told about The Beatles.
Still, this film looks at the early years of the band, exploring their influences. This includes the music that they listened to, as well as their performances in both in Liverpool and Hamburg. There is also a look at some of their early careers in the Quarrymen, and how their sound developed in the all-conquering phenomenon that is still influencing music today.
