Six brave celebrities put their bodies on the line in this ground-breaking ITV experiment which challenges them to gorge on a diet of nothing but the nation’s favourite junk-foods for a whole month.
With modern Britain in the grips of an obesity epidemic and our reliance on convenience food and take-aways at an all-time high, six celebrity guinea pigs show viewers the tolls such foods take on your bodies – with more than one of them being forced to stop prematurely with serious risks to their own health.
Taking on the challenge are musician and TV personality Peter Andre, Made in Chelsea’s Hugo Taylor and tory-politician Nadine Dorries. Also joining the cast are The Chase’s Shaun Wallace, ex-olympian Tessa Sanderson and Coronation Street’s Hayley Tamaddon. With three of the celebrities bowing out early on medical ground, who will have to grit – and guts – to stick the toxic diet out until the end?
