Southern Rail is notoriously bad with passengers expecting delays on a daily basis. For some commuters, enough is enough. A group of unhappy customers have come together to try and prove that they could do a better job of manning the railway on their own.
Jacques Peretti follows the group as they set about putting their plans into action. Is their dream just one step too far, or will the Department for Transport, who are in dire need of change, see this new passenger-run company as a viable option for the rail?
