commonwealth 2018

Clare Balding and Gabby Logan bring you all the action from the gold coast in the 21st Commonwealth games. This one and a half hour long programme compiles the highlights of the latest events in the games including a number of track events and the women’s freestyle swimming.

After back-to-back Olympic gold medals over 800m in 2012 and 2016, South Africa’s Caster Semenya is bidding for 1500m glory on the Gold Coast today, while elsewhere viewers can expect the return of London 2012 400m champion Kirani James of Grenada in what promises to be an eventful and busy day on the tracks. Over in the pool, Wales’s two-time Olympic silver medallist Jazz Carlin goes for glory in the women’s 400m freestyle.

Today at the Games – Tuesday 6:30pm on BBC2.
