Having lost 73 pounds between them in a fortnight, Tom’s dieters are off to a shedding start but this time, the focus is turned on those that are ‘too busy’ to cook healthy meals at home.

To turn this excuse on its head, the Chef has created a series of quick and easy recipes that he hopes will spur his group into action. This includes his Cajun scrambled eggs, a dieter’s ‘cheat pizza’, a pea and ham pasta that is on the table in under 15 minutes and a really simple lower-calorie French apple tart.
