BAFTA-winning documentary maker Brian Hill presents this moving account of the Northern Irish troubles.
Using a mixture of archive footage and poetry written by Nick Laird and narrated by Bronagh Gallagher, it offers true-life accounts from those who lived in the country during the height of the conflict, and includes testimonies from relatives of people killed by both paramilitaries and the police.
Troubles: the Life After is on BBC Two at 21.30 (22.00 in Scotland).
