This feature length documentary looks at the life of Frank Williams, the man behind the Williams F1 team.

Featuring interviews with former champions such as Jackie Stewart and Nigel Mansell, we follow him from the creation of the Williams F1 team in 1977, a team that went onto win nine constructors’ championships. However, things took a horrific turn for Williams himself when in 1986 a car accident resulted in him becoming tetraplegic and having to use a wheelchair.

Williams: Formula One in the Blood is on BBC Two at 21.00.
