Preview – Women’s Football: FA Cup Semi-Finals

People have been talking about Manchester City’s hopes of a quadruple, but these people are forgetting that the women’s team are also doing extremely well.

The Man City Women’s team have already won their League Cup, so Man City has strictly speaking have already done a double. They are one point Women’s Super League leaders Arsenal in the top flight of women’s football, and today they are in the semi-finals of the Women’s FA Cup, so really they are on course for a septuple.

They take on Chelsea, who are the current holders of the title. Before that Reading face West Ham.

Reading Women v West Ham Women on the BBC Red Button at 12.15 (kick-off 12.30).

Manchester City Women v Chelsea Women on BBC One at 15.15 (kick-off 15.30).

STOP PRESS: There has been a last-minute change in schedule. Due to the US Masters taking place earlier than normal due to the weather, it will be on BBC Two, and thus the Manchester v Chelsea match should be on BBC One instead.
