Property expert Sarah Beeny, her husband Graham and their four boys have quit their lives in London to start anew in the country. They’ve bought a semi-derelict former dairy farm in Somerset with 220 acres of land where they’re going to immerse themselves in everything rural life has to offer. They also plan to build the house of their dreams – a modern stately home – in one of the fields. In this episode, Sarah and Graham continue to build their new home and it’s time to dig the footings. But with a concrete truck booked for a few days’ time, it’s a rush against time to get them done. Meanwhile, the family continue to diversify the farm. Having tried their hand at making cider and cheese, they now want to try something new: glamping! With 220 acres, they’ve certainly got enough space, and Sarah and Graham are convinced Somerset has loads to offer to any holiday makers. But before they commit to anything, they want to give it a trial run and invite some friends and family to spend the weekend glamping with them. Will it be a success? Having lost his late father’s signet ring in the pond after having a quick dip, Graham gets the whole family, and a team of metal detectorists, involved to try and find it, and get more than they bargained for when they discover an old coin. And an important cargo arrives at the farm, as a lorryload of ICF blocks for their house arrives, but can Sarah and Graham figure out what to do with them?
