The demand for dogs in the UK has risen sharply in the last year. At Wood Green the Animals Charity, the team try to match abandoned dogs with hopeful new owners. For some, it’s love at first sight. For others, attachment can take a little longer to bloom. In this episode, some of Wood Green’s most mischievous dogs are looking for a home. The Fullagar family get more than they bargained for when they are introduced to father and daughter Pepe and Tink – who can’t be separated. Louise and Angela from south London are conflicted when Trinity, a five-month-old lurcher puppy, shows off both her adorable side and an impressive ability to chew everything from furniture to shoes. And Bertie the abandoned schnauzer puppy meets best friends Harriet and David.
