Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L Jackson, Gary Oldman and Salma Hayek star in Patrick Hughes’ action-comedy. Reynolds is Michael Bryce, a once-in-demand bodyguard who fell from grace when a prominent Japanese client was assassinated on his watch. He’s subsequently been eking out a living as protection for corporate execs, and is contacted two years later by his ex-girlfriend and Interpol agent Amelia (Elodie Yung). Amelia has come under fire while escorting a hitman (Jackson) to The Hague to testify against a ruthless Eastern European dictator, Dukhovich (Oldman), for his crimes against humanity.
