Here’s the first trailer for everyone’s favourite rebooted neighbourhood Spider-Man.
It’s got a vastly different vibe from the Raimi trilogy and is shot more like a horror movie, with Peter Parker’s powers unveiling themselves in a slightly more sinister way than they did when Tobey Macguire played him.
There’s that obligatory blaring sound which every trailer seems contractually obliged to use these days and annoyingly blinky cuts but it looks pretty good. That is until the first person perspective segment at the end which looks like it was lifted directly out of a computer game. That belongs on an Xbox, not a cinema screen. Mistaaaaaake!
