Graham Norton presents Britain’s biggest night of TV honours. Again, it isn’t a live ceremony, but it is still an important night.
This year’s nominations are dominated by two BBC drama series: Killing Eve, the spy series developed by Fleabag star Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and the historical political series A Very English Scandal, getting 15 and 12 nominations respectively, with both up for “Best Drama Series”.
Elsewhere, Bodyguard and Patrick Melrose both have six nominations, while Mum (which returns for its third series on Wednesday) leads the comedies with four nominations.
The BAFTA Television Awards 2019 is on BBC One at 20.00.
