London’s World Athletics Championship has certainly been eventful, from Usain Bolt losing to Justin Gatling, to several of the athletes being stuck down with illness.

There is also more sadness tonight, as Mo Farah takes part in his final major event. At 20.20 he will take part in the final of the 5,000 metres. Can he give everyone a brilliant send-off in front of a cheering home crowd?

Also, Usain Bolt makes one last final appearance, taking part in the 4x100m relay at 21.50. Other events include the finals of the women’s high jump, the women’s 100m hurdles and the decathlon.

The World Athletics Championships start 9.30am on BBC One, moves to BBC Two at noon, and concludes on BBC One at 18.30.
