Strap in for a supernatural spook-fest as David F. Sandberg’s 2017 horror prequel, Annabelle: Creation, comes to Sky Cinema tonight.
Anthony LaPaglia and Miranda Otto star as grieving parents Samuel and Ester Mullins, who find their quiet family-life haunted in more ways than one when one of their newly-adopted daughters stumbles across an old porcelain doll which seems to have evil in its cold, dead eyes.
The film – a prequel to 2014’s conjuring spin-off, Annabelle, which first introduced the terrifying doll – follows a group of orphans sent to live in the big old house of Samuel and Ester Mullins who are still grief-stricken after losing their daughter in a tragic car-accident. When one of the orphans discovers an eerie-looking porcelain doll locked away in the Mullins’ dead daughter’s bedroom, the family’s dark history begins to reveal itself and the entire household find themselves in grave danger.
Annabelle: Creation – Monday 10:45pm on Sky Cinema (Hits).
