Tonight sees the start of a series of one-off BBC documentaries following famous faces as they talk about their struggles with various forms of mental illness.
We start with Great British Bake Off winner Nadiya Hussain, who since childhood has suffered from both anxiety and debilitating panic attacks. In this programme, Nadiya seeks diagnosis and treatment for her condition, during which she meets with fellow sufferers and those who help people like her.
Later episodes in this season include a programme tomorrow in which David Harewood discusses psychosis, and Alistair Campbell looking at depression.
Nadiya: Anxiety and Me is on BBC One at 21.00.
